You can also offer assistance and guidance, to make sure that they get the best results from your product or service.
The social networks represent a powerful tool, with great potential for those that know how to use them.
So dont just go out there and throw your link. Talk to the people. Get involved with the community, get to know them and let them know you. This will eventually develop into a long term relationship, based on trust and mutual respect and drive the kind of people you want for your business.
You need to see your customer as a person, not as a name on a screen or the amount of money that may go into your bank account.
